I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
30 min phone screen with recruiter
30 min video call with Hiring Manager
The process was quick and the conversation were generally friendly. Didn't receive an offer. I asked for feedback and I was told I didn't have enough construction experience (I have 8 years, 5 years as a PM) or demonstrate strong sales acumen (to be fair I have 0 years in sales). Sounds like I wasn't a good fit and they value people who have used the product extensively.

I had several meetings, about 3, via zoom, then I had 5 or 6 more meetings at a local office with folks from different departments including sales, sales engineering and implementations.
