I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Ohio, IL) in Oct 2008
Interview
The person interviewing me did not have any idea of what my bachelor's degree consisted of. He was a Mechanical Engineer who kept asking questions about how would I apply my chemistry knowledge to the overall process of making baby products.
Questions on the interview were assessing my capability to function as a leader and in groups.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Brussels)
Interview
Two interviews with different people but similar questions on the same day. Good sensing for personality and inclusive behaviour. Long waiting time between meeting and decision making but at the end worth it.
