I had interviews with 4 people from the F&A department, including the CFO. In general, the questionaire that is being sent early in the application process is a good preparation for the interview questions. Generally, all interview questions are fit-type questions. They ask about your team-player's ability, the ability to overcome difficulaties and stress, your leadership expereinces, etc. Not so many technical finance questions (n my case, none at all). The salary level is good and the employer is looked at as one of the best and most prestigious in the region. They know this and expect to get the best.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
