I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Buenos Aires) in Apr 2009
Interview
The interview process took a whole day, similarly to the superday but not as intense as that.I remember being interviewed by an alumni from my college. Generally speaking, the whole process was quite easy. But in the end, I didn't get the offer because they were looking fill marketing and sales positions, which I was not interested at all.

Online assessment, then three online interviews with different levels of seniority. Simple format for each interview, non technical questions. Feedback given at the end. Took a while to find out if I had passed each stage.

3 entrevistas com perguntas situacionais. Não necessariamente é cobrado experiência, mas importante ter um storytelling pra vaga que está aplicando. Mas as perguntas são muito padrão, do que se espera de uma entrevista
