    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in January 2020.

    Interview

I interviewed with them for a CMK co-op position about advanced marketing analytics.

I passed the first round of interview, where you talk to a senior manager in the department for about an hour, this one is very structured, 5 behavior questions + 2 hypothetical questions. I talked to the interviewer afterward and he said he was looking for both technical skills (coding) experience and business acumen, so be sure to highlight both!

The second round is with 2 senior managers and 1 global lead at P&G ( really high position). This interview they tend to ask a lot of follow-up questions and go into details with your response, so be prepared to answer all the tiny details of your example.

The CMK department is the MOST prestigious and competitive department at P&G so I didn't get an offer, they got back to me the two business days later with a rejection letter. Very cool experience and a really enjoyable process talking to people working at P&G will definitely apply again next year!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in December 2019.

    Interview

The application is followed by an assessment which is extremely robotic and unfeeling. I received an email saying that I did not pass the assessment properly and I could apply again at the company in a year. Their hiring practices are pretty absurd.
