I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance
Interview
Filled out an application and a personality test. Received an invitation for a phone interview, which only lasted about 15-20 minutes. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a one-on-one with the hiring manager, which contained basic STAR interview questions and open conversation about the position. Overall, the process wasn't that difficult. They're extremely helpful in giving you feedback and constructive criticism along the way to help you move forward.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Allentown, PA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
