I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The first round was recorded, and the final round was an internet interview with an actual person. The recorded interview was odd because I had never experienced such kind before. I maxed out the opportunities for every single question, and though I fumbled it, However, I stuck to the STAR pattern and interestingly, I got in for the last round.
The final round was fine, we talked a lot about what would happen and what would happen And asked a couple more STAR questions; preped well before, so it was not hard. Got an offer on the second day.

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Allentown, PA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
