Proper Hospitality interview questions

Pro: Was contacted soon after applying. Scheduled corporate recruiter interview quickly, which was professional and relevant. Con: 2nd interview, less comprehensive and with schedule conflicts that cut conversation short. No response since....no response after additional email inquiry as to status or update. Even a "no" is better than nothing.

Fairly easy interview with the restaurant manager, followed by a shorter interview with someone from HR. They offered me the job on a Friday, but I asked for the weekend to consider. Before I could even get back to them on Monday morning, they emailed me and rescinded their offer.
