The first interview was a 15-minute call with the hiring manager.
After following up with an email, I then had a second longer interview with two members of the team.
Both interviews felt like they went well.
After following up the second interview with an email, I was told they were still assessing candidates.
After that I was seemingly ghosted with no rejection or the opportunity to complete the rest of the hiring process.
The rest of the hiring process would have included a task and final interview.
The role was then posted again a couple of months later. After emailing, expressing my interest again in the role, I continued to be ghosted.
This seems to be an increasing trend in the current job market.
