I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prudential in Mar 2013
Interview
Two interviews in different rooms on campus. I think both interviewers are directors of the department(the one I applied). One of them forgot his business card and was kinda unprofessional. The other seemed so bored and just stared at me for the entire time while I was talking. Honestly, the atmosphere there was not very comfortable. I wouldn't want to work with them b/c of their lack of passion/energy. However, one thing I liked about it was that they got back to you and let you know if u are in or not right after the interview day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2024
Interview
Easy interview process no technical questions. Went over experience in past few jobs and learned more about PGIM role offered. Interviewer did some talking and moved on to ask me questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and got an email about an in-person interview about a month later. I interviewed with 3 separate people, they asked a lot of Behavioral questions and it ran about an hour and a half long. The investment operations associate title is very broad, and can be used to describe any number of positions within Prudential. They told me I was interviewing for 2 separate job openings when I showed up to the interview. 1 was for a Credit Data Analyst position and 1 was as a Trade Support Associate.

The entire process was very quick. One phone interview and two in person interviews. Interview questions are mostly behavioral questions. Recruiter got back to me within a week.
