There were 17 people in the interview, all on a conference call. It was ridiculous. None had a clue as to what my job would entail except the person who was hiring me. Yet we went round so that everyone could ask questions about how I would do my job. By the time the job interview was over, I had decided I had no desire to work with these people and I declined the eventual offer. I am still working at Purdue but in a different department and am much happier.
