Interview
Relaxed and friendly. All interview questions are around the Company's DNA. Competency based questions, therefore review the job profile and skill set required. Review the history of the company and connection with Lloyds
Had a positive experience although I did not get the role, was 3 stages. 1 over the phone with recruiters then 2 in person interviews with 4 different managers. The team are very friendly & welcoming. The office is beautiful as well but they ultimately chose someone with more experience.

Interview
A standard straight forward interview process, quite an informal first interview - said they would be back in touch quickly and was not contacted for awhile, which was unprofessional in my opinion.
