I applied for the position online. I received an interview with a plant manager and then with a human resources representative within three weeks time. I got an email confirming my interview and was in contact with HR throughout the entire process. I felt like the interview process was professional and well done.

The interview went very well and the interviewer told me what would be expected of me and walked me around the facility to show me the job I would be doing. He asked me what I would expect from the company. I told him I would like a permanant rewarding career that some day I would retire from Quad Graphics.
