Basic questions about if and when I was available to work, do I have reliable transportation, any specific nights that I could not work. She explained the hours and responsibilities, as well as the pay and explained that this job did not come with benefits.
The interview lasted 10 minutes. The only questions asked were why I wanted to work in hospitality and if I were okay with working 3rd shift. The interviewer also spent a great bit of time talking about past employees to me and to customers on the phone. Because of this, I decided to decline the offer.

Interview
Asked what experience I had, what hours I was available, my willingness to work holidays, then pretty much told me I was hired. I accepted then began working within the next week or two.
