Initially, I met with the recruiter for a phone screen. It was maybe a 20 minute phone call. I heard back the same day and set up another interview with the hiring manager. It went very well, and the next day, the recruiter reached out to me to set up two more interviews- a panel interview and the other was with one person. After a few days, I finally heard from the recruiter saying I'd received positive feedback and the team wanted to move me to the final step- an interview with the CEO, Mario. The phone call with Mario was very warm and genuine. As I mentioned to him, the interview process at QM is effective and one of a kind (in my opinion).
