I had five 30-minute interviews with this company: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Team Panel, CFO, and CEO. I have never interviewed with executive leadership at other companies, so I enjoyed getting to know them and asking them questions before getting a job offer. Every person I interviewed with was personable and easy to talk to. My recruiter checked in at every step along the way to see if I had questions. And the process took about 2 weeks. Overall I am very happy with my interview experience at Quantum Metric.
