The interviewer was very welcoming and conversational. They asked general questions and it lasted for around 15 minutes. I recommend to be outgoing and engaging, and you'll do well. The interview was casual in general.

Ask clinical questions related specifically to your speciality as well as the typical general interview questions like strengths, why you want to work in that unit, experience working with the specific speciality, etc. Pretty basic & easy. They just had the interview then asked for references
