The interview was in a relaxed environment, took most of the day. Everyone got interviewed by two managers in separate one on one interviews. While people were waiting for interviews, employees spoke with us about the company.

Interview
They brought me out to their HQ in Texas for a happy hour meet and greet at night and then a round-robin interview the next day. There were 4 individual interviews catered to the sectors I expressed interest in, a cycling interview with different sectors with two other interviewees. And then a reverse interview - interviewees got to ask a panal of employees questions about the company.
