I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Tulsa, OK) in July 2014
Interview
very easy simple questions nothing too hard, just basic information, brief work history, they'll ask question like why should we hire you for this job. you have to pass a math test though most people fail it because they don't understand the concept of counting money back. Quiktrip doesn't use machines to tell us how much change the customer gets back, we have to do it off our heads.
I applied online. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Question 1
Simple interview questions - Tell me about yourself..etc
Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
