Interviewed for same role via 3rd party recruiter and interviewed via QuikTrip corporate recruiter separately. The process was enlightening so thought best to review. In both cases the job description is 5-6 pages long for an entry level systems administrator role for roles via 3rd party recruiters and QuikTrip corporate recruiters. Very telling the Glassdoor profile for QuikTrip is unclaimed. Initial opinions are very high as QuikTrip is endlessly in the news as a excellent employer. The 3rd party recruiter roles are advertised as six month contracts without the "to hire". The corporate recruiter roles involve a visit to the corporate office for what is advertised as an interview but is in fact a series of online tests. Never a word after taking the test a day off work to visit the corporate office to take an online test. The visit to the corporate office was also very telling. The corporate office is very white and very dominated by middle aged white men and well endowed white women. And the point, not sure I would fit in to the corporate culture. No indication of embracing diversity within the corporate culture.
