Few pretty standard interviews, language tests (depending on which division you will work) and sample requests to see how you will deal with problematic clients. Normally you would meet HR first, then a line manager and then line manager with someone above

      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quintessentially (New York, NY) in July 2015

      Interview

I was emailed shortly after applying to arrange a phone interview. I had a great phone interview with the head of member services who then emailed me with a project. I completed the travel related project and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I spoke to two employees who were both very kind. They then asked me to come in for the final stage to fulfill various member requests. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I was pleased with the amount of communication and clarity of the entire process.
