Interview
I applied online and heard back the same day. The hiring manager (no HR/talent acquisition stage here--this is a small company) set up a phone screen followed by an on-site interview a day or two later. Both of these interviews went well in my opinion. The on-site interview included a complete tour of the office along with a chance to check out some of the company's products. At the end of the interview, I was assured that I would hear back one way or another within a few days, but have received no communications from the company since.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RAID (North Andover, MA) in June 2013
Interview
First thing I heard as I walked into the lobby was 2 male employees talking about a former employees breasts. EVP and a mid manager started the interview and asked the typical questions and then informed me the CEO would be in to talk with me and to "not be scared" as he was in a bad mood. CEO seemed curt, rude and annoyed to even be there. He talked more about himself than ask about my employment history, career goals ect..A lot of negative commotion in the background. All in all.. Very uncomfortable process.
