Reckitt Assistant Brand Manager interview questions

Dopo aver inviato la propria candidatura, se si viene selezionati, inviano un test da completare (domande di logica, matematica, attitudinali). Se il risultato del test è positivo si viene contattati dall’HR, che potrà proporvi o meno di passare allo step successivo che consiste in un colloquio con il Manager della BU di riferimento. Successivamente a quest’ultimo colloquio, durante il quale viene sottoposto un business case, se positivo, si passa al colloquio con il Category Manager.

Online test (horrible puzzle type questions), followed by a phone interview, followed by in-person interview which included a problem-solving task style question, followed by negative sounding feedback, followed by a job offer. Strange!

Entretien RH de 1H, 1 journée d'assesment avec une partie avec deux études de cas groupées (utilisation de budget et lancement d'innovation). L'après-midi, étude de cas à préparer en une heure (part de larché, volume et P&L) puis à présenter en 30mn en 1H

1. Court entretien de 10 minutes RH 2. Entretien de personnalité d'1h RH + vérification de la logique mathématiques 3. Entretien de personnalité d'1h + étude de cas avec le Brand manager 4. Entretien de 20 minutes avec le category manager

The process was smooth and took approximately one month. I had three phone calls, one with HR and two with Managers. It was mainly focused on my motivation and how I could contribute based on my previous experiences. I had a pleasant time discussing with the Managers and thus accepted the offer

This interview process included a quanitative assessment, and then an invitation to a virtual super day. This included a group case presentation (we receieved the case the night before) and then a 30 minute interview with a Senior Brand Manager. The interviewer asked a series of standard behavioral questions, and left about two minutes for questions at the end. This interview took place in mid-November, and I still have yet to hear back from them. Very unprofessional, especially for candidates who spent a significant amount of time preparing for the case presentation and interview. I am assuming I did not get the job, but a little closure would have appreciated.

Phone call with Hr Manager, Interview with HR and Senior Brand Manager with Hr question about yourself and technical questions. The environment was very friendly and international, they are very innovative and leader in its sector.

Took an online assessment on math/analytical skills. Passed that, then went on to a phone interview a month later. Got invited to their Graduate Assessment Day in New Jersey where it had a group case interview, an individual case interview that was written, another group case interview and an individual interview. All the case interviews were supervised by the panel of senior leadership. It was very tiring. Even in the introduction to the company, this very off-putting HR woman went on a spiel about how many people failed at RB and how a lot of people aren't successful. Ultimately didn't get the role because of a question of passion for the CPG industry, so make sure you show you're passionate about the industry as a whole, not just RB. Overall it didn't seem like a pleasant place to work to be honest, and pales in comparison to other Grad Assessment days, which actually try to sell you on the company a little. The staff seemed very mean, cold, and problematic and coupled the bad reviews I saw on Glassdoor.
