Interview
Met the employer at a career fair at my university. Scheduled an interview for a week or two out. Interview was very early, 7a or 7:30a. It only lasted about 15 minutes. The interview was with the assistant general manager. He has a very 'no BS' attitude and cuts straight to the point on everything. At the end of the interview he said 'I felt like this went really well let's go ahead and schedule your next round of interviews for next week.' The 2nd round of interviews was with the tooling manager and a senior project engineer. Each interview was about 20 minutes. They made a formal job offer within about a week of those interviews.

Interview
Got an interview after a school career fair, came in to the office and saw that they were interviewing a lot of people for the same job as they left before me. The two Directors that interviewed me were unprofessional as they did not allow me to finish an answer before interrupting with another question and cutting me mid sentence. Throughout the interview, I was unimpressed with both of the interviewer’s attitude. Their attitude was cocky, laid back in their rolling chair with an unimpressed, uninterested look on their faces, eye glasses end in mouth. After 30 minutes of interviewing me (although I could not finish an answer completely) they decided to give me an offer and asked me shake on it on the spot. They took me to the lobby where HR came out with a one page offer letter and a pen. They expected a signature right on the spot.
Pay at high 60s with a very small bonus was not good especially for the amount of work they described and right off the bat, they said they expected company loyalty after the training to stay in the company. If you get an offer from this company, you can very well get an offer elsewhere with a company who values life outside work as well with better benefits and compensation.

Question 1
Why engineering? (Then they asked it again when they didnt like my initial answer)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC Bearings (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Showed up, signed in, and no one was at the front desk, but everyone just kept staring at me not saying anything or asking why I was there. After 10 minutes, I got someone's attention and was escorted to the conference room for the interview. The interview was fairly easy, but one of the three interviewers didn't seems to like any of my answers and gave kind of an attitude in a condescending way. They also had me prepare a 15 minute presentation on a given topic and were confused on how I organized it even though that's what was stated in the email. I followed up twice and no one ever responded. I know they aren't obligated too, but at least a rejection would suffice instead of getting completely ghosted. Had me waste my week preparing a pointless presentation and they can't even respond to a single email. Thanks RBC Bearings!
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC Bearings (Rancho Dominguez, CA) in June 2022
Interview
It was a typical 30 minute interview. They went over my resume and asked me questions about myself. Then they went over the position a little and listed some of the responsibilities for that position.
