Interview conducted by team of three people, mostly situational and behavioral questions, questions related to past experience and how it applies to position interviewing for. Asked about familiarity with Microsoft Suite.

I applied online and was called by the HR recruiter. We had a 30 minute phone interview right then as it was a convenient time for me. She ended by asking if I wanted to move forward and interview with the on-site HR lead and someone from the dept. That was a 45 min interview.

Interview
I had three interviews for this position. The recruiter's phone screening was followed by a virtual interview with a peer. Lastly, I met with the hiring manager for a virtual interview. The process was fairly quick, it was completed within about a week.
