After applying 3 times to the same position that kept getting reposted, I decided to put a fake employee name on the 4th application. They called to set up interview, had me email a survey to 5 references that had to be completed by my interview-the next day. All to find out when I got there that the job was only for internal candidates. I was offered another position but when they finally disclose the pay rate, you realize it was a total waste of time.

It was on a zoom call, as this position is remote. It was about 15 to 20 minutes and the 2 supervisors on the call were very detailed on the duties of the position and asked questions that allowed them to get to know me as a candidate
