Rad Power Bikes Software Engineer Full Stack interview questions

Tell me about yourself, how you align with their RADICAL views, what are you looking for / Why were you interested in this role The technical assessment was outsourced to Karat, the process consisted of 10 minutes for project discussion (Tell me about yourself, Talk about a recent project, Explain any difficulties you faced during this project). You are given 45 minutes for the coding part. The question was a linear search algorithm question, code until you pass all unit tests and state the time/space complexity afterward. Guess I didn't do as well as the other candidates on the technical aspect and was cut after that step.
