RadicalMedia interview questions

It was over the phone and they just asked about my experience and my interest in the project, no real curve balls or hard questions. They did follow up with my references. They seemed nice but the timing just didn't work out in the end.

I was stood up for a scheduled phone interview and waited for 2 hours. Then the interviewer asked to reschedule. The interview itself was average, they asked typical questions about myself, why I'm interested, etc. They said they would get back to me within the week. After not hearing, I followed up and then was given another 2 week window to hear back. I was strung along for weeks, until finally I got a rejection.
