      Deputy QPPV Interview

      18 Aug 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Hull, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Hull, England) in Sept 2013

      Interview

This was a very extensive process. I was informed prior to the process that RB is very selective about who they hire. First there was short written test to be done at home and emailed to recruiter, followed by a tel-interview with the HR for screening purposes. Then I was called to their office in Hull, for a face to face interview. There, I met with the hiring manager, then later with the Reg Affairs, and finally with one HR. I was told to wait and see what comes next. A week later, I was called by another HR for one more round of HR interview, and then a new face-to-face arranged with the senior VP again in their Hull office. So back on the train and once again to RB in Hull. The interview was difficult with many competency based questions and quite intense, but friendly. One more round of HR interview, but this time it was very relaxed and we spoke mostly about life in Hull and relocation etc.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were many questions for different people, mostly on competency rather then skills. In fact there were very few on skill as they needed someone who would be a good people manager and strong leader for the team. They seems to have team issues and a few bad apples but did not know what to do about them.
