Met with recruiter, then hiring manager, then 3.5 hour panel interview only to be ghosted. Recruiting team was super responsive at first but then suddenly went silent after the panel interview with no response for a month+ despite following up! Super frustrating since I had been pleasantly surprised by how responsive the team had been early on!
