      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Reformation in Feb 2017

      Interview

It was a phone interview/screening that lasted about 15-20 minutes, pretty brief. They ask your typical questions: Why Reformation? Why are you looking to leave your current position? I guess the most complex question they had asked me was how do I prioritize my tasks and stay organized. I feel this question was an indication/foreshadowing that they themselves may not be the most organized place to begin with (which is pretty typical of any fast-growing, "start-up" company), and funny enough, I had actually been warned by a previous colleague of mine shortly thereafter of this. Not sure if this is the actuality, but since it's a fast-growing company, I'm sure it moves fast and it's either sink or swim, or move on.

Why Reformation? Why are you looking to leave your current position? How do you prioritize or stay organized? How do you feel about communication and working with other departments?
