Reformation Director, Operations interview questions

I would like to simply say, that ghosting a candidate after 3 interviews is extremely unprofessional. Even a turn down would have been nice. To take time away from an individual and put them through interviews and to not have the courtesy to even send a turndown canned response says a lot about a company.
