I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Regulatory Compliance Association (Minneola, FL) in July 2016
Interview
Reviewed my work history. Asked very common, general & basic interview questions. Asked to complete a detailed questionnaire & had to take a timed assessment. Was told there’s were 10 other candidates being interviewed & I was considered one of the top 3. Reality is, I was the ONLY candidate & offered the job hours after the interview.

There wasn’t any difficult or unexpected questions asked.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regulatory Compliance Association (Winter Garden, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
After completing a lengthy 30 question questionnaire at home via email, I was invited for an office interview. The interview consisted of a timed "IQ" test (basic logic, grammar and math questions) at the company office and completing paperwork (for a "independent contractor" -- NOT employed position) given to me by one of the office workers (who I overheard getting screamed at over the phone by, I assume, the "boss."). Following this, I was given a map (literally) by the officer workers and directed to drive the second part of the interview at the "President's home" about 15 minutes away. (They did ask me whether I was ok with this arrangement, which I was). The "President" (who was the boss who had screamed at the office worker) met me dressed in shorts and a tshirt while chewing something, and barked at me to take off my shoes. Not even a gracious hello or a handshake. (I stupidly, appeared for the interview dressed, well, for an interview.) We sat the kitchen table in his bachelor's pad for the interview (big screen tv and leather couches nearby; sparsely furnished, etc.). He started out nice enough with basic questions, and a few typical human resources questions, then he turned a little passive-aggressive, asking whether I would work 50 hours a week (no Overtime) and noted that there were not benefits (as an independent contractor) and that he assumed I would not miss having benefits because I was married. Unbelieveable. I withdrew from consideration after THAT experience.

Question 1
He asked what is my ideal/dream job. He asked whether I minded working 50 hours a week without over time -- mostly in the office -- no opportunity to telecommute.
