Interview
Went through 2 rounds of phone interview. 2nd round consisted of behavior based questions. After 2nd phone interview, they asked me to write some essay on ethics and personal work experience. Whole process lasted for around 15-20 days. Looks like company emphasizes on ethics and professionalism.
