      Ansprache auf LinkedIn durch eine Recruiterin, wie toll man doch auf das Profil passen würde und dass man 100% Remote-Arbeit in jedem Land der Welt anbieten würde, weil der Job sich dem Leben anpassen solle und nicht umgekehrt. Das ist im Übrigen auch das Produkt, das verkauft / vermarktet werden soll. Im folgenden Zoom-Interview (mit schreiendem Kleinkind auf Recruiter-Seite im Hintergrund) stellte sich dann heraus, dass zwar Homeoffice möglich sei, aber nur in Deutschland (vermutlich Homeoffice, weil es offenbar keinen eigenen echten Standort in D gibt). Wenn man in einem anderen Land lebt, wird das Gehalt pauschal mit einem nicht näher erläuterten Faktor umgerechnet. Bedeutet: Man wird nicht aufgrund der eigenen Qualifikation bezahlt, sondern aufgrund des Wohnortes.

      Had an initial conversation with the internal recruiter plus 2 further interviews with a member of the team and the line manager. All was going well and I was expecting another interview to present a 90 day plan (as this is what the line manager had told me) only for them to ghost me for 2 weeks then suddenly send a generic rejection email informing me the position had been filled. I responded asking if I could have some constructive feedback as to why I hadn't been successful and they completely ignored me. After investing all this time, the fact they didnt even have the decency to do that was pretty shocking considering how much they position themselves as such a "people first" company. Poor candidate experience.
