Basically I was brought in and asked a lot of questions that were pointless. Only a couple ones that were pertinent.. Like about what I knew concerning hydraulics and such.
Easy and well organized. The interviewer was pleasant and made the process smooth. They listened to my questions at the end of the interview. Followed up with phone interviews. Got a job offer within a couple of days.
