It was smooth. They were approachable. I submitted my application and was contacted for interview and essay. I did the essay first and then, first interview. They reached out for another interview afterwards.

Interview
I had my interview with the Hiring Manager and Partner. I did not go through with the HR interview anymore. It was an easy process. Both interviews were conducted on the same day.
With essay and multiple choice tests. With time pressure. Questions are both personal and work-related but not too difficult. Administered by a human resources personnel, and there are other applicants with you. Overall, a good interview experience.
