Started off by applying through Monster.com. Received an email about a week later, telling me that they were interested and talking to me. Called and set up an appointment for an interview. The interview went very smoothly, had no problems. Met with most of the upper management for the job, All and all it was a great experience.

Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
