I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Jan 2012
Interview
First you go through a phone screening that just asks basic questions. Then I had to take tests online and come in and take another test that asked math questions. Once I finished the test, they asked if I could stay for an interview. i had a very standard interview that went over employment history, asked strengths and weaknesses, most challenging event I've overcome, discussed interests. Then they scheduled me for another interview a week later with the head of the department who just went over job, my education and interests. Then was offered the job after 3 weeks of waiting.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What would you say are three of your strengths and three of your weaknesses?
The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.
Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
