I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was very cool. They first asked me to take an online assessment test which had like around 100 question (Aptitude, Verbal, General Reasoning Questions). Then I had a skype interview with the hiring manager. She just asked me basic stuff like about alcohol, tobacco, relocation and about my family. Later I had a skype interview with the Vice President. It was a smooth Skype interview with all the basic stuff he asked. Later I again had to take an online assessment with proctor. And now I have my final round of interview at The Reynolds and Reynolds, Dayton facility, Ohio.
NOTE: What I feel is it is a good start up for entry level developers as they have onsite training.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
