Interview
The interview process mainly revolves around discussing a code test where you're asked to build a full-stack web app using React and Django, with an added LLM feature for data processing. When I say 'discussion,' I mean it’s more of a two-way conversation between you and the interviewer, which makes the experience feel collaborative rather than overly formal. The process itself was quite comfortable. Beyond meeting the basic requirements, it gives you plenty of room to showcase your thinking around software design and demonstrate the depth of your technical skills.
Honestly, the task was pretty interesting and unique—it’s not every day you get to integrate an LLM into a project—but it was definitely a challenging one too. If you enjoy tackling novel problems, this will probably feel more exciting than intimidating.
