First there was the internet skills test. Then there was a virtual interview. Then there was a face to face interview in preparation for the polygraph. Then there was the polygraph and drug test. Finally, there was a background/reference check.

Online test, pane interview which was very relaxed. I basically signed documents acknowledging the dress code and job description. After that, there were about 30 minutes worth of getting to know you questions.
