interview was around knowing about the candidate suitability and why to join the this company. It was consist of tell us about yourself and what do you know about the company.

Informal but informative. The company wants to know about your background and ambitions, where you want to go to succeed and how they can help facilitate that. My manager was open, charismatic and welcoming and I felt comfortable asking any questions I thought pertinent.
