I applied online and I didn't receive any answer. 3 months later, a recruiter reached out to me to apply again. I applied online, a very nice lady called Jennifer reached out to set up an appointment to meet with Brent. My meeting with Brent was amazing, A very nice and professional guy with a great personality. Then reached out to do a second interview at a different location, I met with Brian who was very courteous and personable. I was excited to start working with this company until I met with their district manager who was a self centered person with a very poor communication and interpersonal skills. He started telling me that the position I applied for is not guaranteed and I have to do sales first. I have 18 years sales experience with a college degree and management record. And this guy brought for a second interview to give me a sales position instead of F&I and sales manager position to start with $3000 a month. The last interaction on the phone he changed his tone and invited me to go there and re-fill the paper application for the second time, because his team didn't send him the first one I filled out and talk about the position and the pay. I got there early in the morning I went to his office, he was busy with an associate so I waited outside far a little to give them privacy. He looked at me and continued to owrk, then a second and a third associate came to see him and he looked at me again without to say a word or recognizing me, not even I will be with you in a minute or good morning. Then there is a guy came to me with an empty application to fill out. That's when I realized that this place is not for me in terms of communication and treating associate with respect. I left the place. If a district manager who should be leading by example acting this way. I can't deal with him. I wish Brent or Brian were the district managers. That would be ending with a different results. What a shame.
