What a disaster of a process. The interview was almost an hour long with the recruiter (way over time). They asked a lot of pointed questions, looking for ideas/answers, but the best part was being ghosted after! Both the initial sourcer/coordinator and the recruiter ignored my follow up email on next steps (which they said I would have over the video screen). What a waste of time, especially as someone within the people function to experience this, I can't imagine how they treat others.
