When I was hired, the interview process was incredibly informal. The manager at the time was more interested in personality and appearing productive to upper management. Questions were brief and often not fully paid attention to. Said manager is no longer with the company and the interview process is now more professional and provides better results.

I applied online. 2 steps interview process. The firsr one is interviewed by phone, and then the second interview is in person. The process is easy and quick. It takes about a couple of weeks.
