Interview
Several face to face interviews at the main office in Rotterdam with both current employees and Human Resources. The process also involved a numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning online assessment.
The process took very long, all communication was with the hiring manager, his style was casual and conversational. First round was telephonic, second was an in-office presentation. There were recent changes in the team and in management.
