It was pretty straightforward. I was asked about my tech background, and my qualifications for the role. I was also asked how I managed stressful situations, as well as a few basic tech questions like "What is the boot process in Windows when a PC initially starts up?"

On Microsoft teams asking about military experience in IT and wanted to match that job with IT support but I decline it wanted something similar to my military job in network/ admin..
The interview process was very relaxed and laid back. More of a casual get to know. They started with some very basic technical questions which were not hard at all. From there the rest of the interview was about personality.
