Applied online, phone interviewed with HR, and then an in-person interview with the school's principal.
Overall my experience with RMP was incredibly warm and welcoming. I left my interview with a smile on my face.

Interview
There was a preliminary phone call with an HR rep. Then I had an interview with the principal and other supervisors/teachers. There was a role play scenario where I had to act out what I would say to a general education teacher not giving appropriate accommodations to a student. There was also a sample teaching lesson followed by standard interview questions.

Interview
In depth, involves a sample teach with live coaching as well as an interview after debriefing over the sample lesson and being asked additional questions. I felt like I received constructive feedback in the moment which I truly appreciated too!
