First, I had a call with the recruiter who was nice. Then I had a video call with a member of the hiring team. I first noticed she was very dressed down and sitting very casually which I thought was a little off. The interview started strong with the basics but I was thrown off once I was asked very random analytical scenario questions, which were tough because I was not prepared. The interviewer then had a rude and belittling tone. Finally when I asked my questions, she turned one of them back around on me to make me feel like I should've already known the answer. Overall, I'm glad this interview went poorly because from my interview experience, this is not a company I want to be a part of.

1. 15-min call with HR They briefly explained their business and asked me some basic questions such as "What do you know about Rokt", "Tell me about yourself" and "What's your expected salary". 2. Aptitude assessment It's an IQ test like P&G's. They use a platform called Criteria Corp. 3. 30-min interview with a director I had a 30-min interview with the Director of Customer Success. They asked me about my experience with data analytics. 4. 40-min presentation They provided me with some data and I had to prepare slides to present a quarterly business review. The presentation was recorded for hiring managers. Their response was quick throughout the whole process which I appreciated. Although, the resources they provided me for the presentation were limited and I had a hard time collecting information on the internet as they don't list many details on there. They don't require you to have an experience in account management or e-commerce, but I felt that you'd have to have at least a few years of work experience in a related field to pass the presentation round.
